At Dediduck, we ensure that your dedicated server is delivered within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. We strive to meet this timeline, but if there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide a new estimated delivery date.

Server Location Accuracy

We take great care to provide accurate information regarding server locations. Please verify the location details before making a purchase, as servers purchased in the wrong location cannot be refunded. Our delivery commitment applies only to the server specifications and locations agreed upon at the time of purchase.
